We want you to be happy with ErosWriter. If it's not the right fit, here's how we make it right.
Free Trial
The yearly plan includes a 3-day free trial. If you cancel during the trial period, you won't be charged. No questions asked.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:
- Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
- You won't be charged again after cancellation.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time on your current billing period.
Refund Eligibility
We consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for the following situations:
- Billing errors or duplicate charges.
- Extended service outages that significantly impacted your ability to use ErosWriter.
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the charge.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@eroswriter.com with your account email address and the reason for your request. We'll respond within 3 business days.
Payment Security
All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor. ErosWriter does not store your credit card information.
